Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Please note that by clicking the link "I Agree - Proceed Further" you are providing your consent to the Terms and Conditions and to oblige by the same.

Terminology:

Throughout the following contents the term "Trust" would refer to the "Kinchitkaram Trust"; the term "Member" or "Varan" would refer to the person or the family who has registered with the "Vivaham" Service;

Terms And Conditions:

1. The Member is requested to provide true information. The Trust cannot be held responsible for any false information provided by the Member

2. The Trust only acts as a common platform where the potential Bride / Bridegrooms can register and make themselves searchable. The Trust will not involve in the process by any other means

3. The trust reserves the right to remove any Member's data without prior notice if the Member or his/her actions are found inappropriate

4. It is assumed that any member registering with the "Vivaham" service is spiritually interested. The Trust cannot be held responsible if found otherwise

5. The Trust cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the Marriage
