Terminology:
Throughout the following contents the term "Trust" would refer to the "Kinchitkaram Trust"; the term "Trustees" would refer to the "Patron", "Volunteers" and any other "Administrative functionaries" of the "Trust"; the term "Member(s)" would refer to the person(s) who become(s) the Member of the trust either through this Website or by submitting the physical form
About the Trust:
1. The Trust is a non-profit organization which is involved in performing spiritual services with contributions from the Members, Trustees and the Volunteers
2. The Trust and the Trustees have full rights in changing the objectives of the Trust without prior notice to the Member
Contributions:
1. Member is requested to pay the mentioned offering during the stipulated period. If the offering is not paid till the due date, the membership will be deactivated until the offering is paid. During the period of deactivation, he or she will not be able to login to this Website. Also, the member will not receive the CDs of the discourses for that quarter. The member will not be able to enjoy the benefits provided by the Trust during this period
2. Apart from the quarterly offering the trust does not "force" any other donations or offering. The member at his/her own will, can donate to any specific cause mentioned in this website. But these donations are not forced by the trust or the trustees.
3. The Trust can modify the offering structure or amount at its own discretion with or without prior notice.
4. The Members cannot claim the right of deciding how the offering or donations should be used by the Trust. The Trustees have full rights to decide how to use the funds in order to satisfy the objectives of the trust
Personal Details:
1. Member is requested to submit his / her personal details during the time of registration. These details are required for the records of the trust. The members are requested to submit factual data. If the data provided by the member is wrong, the trust or the trustees cannot be held responsible for lack of services and benefits.
2. The trust and trustees will make every effort not to publish the personal details outside the functioning of the trust. The trust or the trustees cannot be held responsible if otherwise
3. The Trust and the Trustees cannot be held responsible if any personal details of the Member are mis-represented
Behavioral:
1. The Member should adhere to proper behavioral characteristics when using the Website
2. The Member should not use abusing languages towards other Members and Trustees
3. The Member should not hurt the spiritual sentiments of other Members and Trustees
4. The Member should not use this Website for purposes which are against the interest and objectives of the Trust
5. The Trust and the Trustees have complete rights in disqualifying / deactivating any Member who the Trust/Trustees think is acting against the objectives of the trust
Sentiments:
1. The Trust and the Trustees cannot be held responsible in cases where the Member's religious / spiritual / personal sentiments get hurt as a result of using this Website or its contents in any form
Website:
1. The Trust and the Trustees have complete rights over the operations of this Website
2. The Structure and the contents of the Website can be modified at the discretion of the Trust and the Trustees without prior notice to the Member
3. The operation of the Website can be stopped temporarily or permanently at the discretion of the Trust and the Trustees without prior notice. The Member cannot claim the offering already paid by him / her in such a situation
4. The Website can be brought down for maintenance purpose indefinitely without prior notice to the Member
Credit Card:
1. The Trust cannot be held responsible for any loss of Money or the misuse of Credit Card by third-parties as a result of using Credit Card in this website
Membership:
1. The Trust and the Trustees have full rights to disqualify or deactivate the Member
Terms and Conditions:
1. The Trust and the Trustees have full rights in changing the above Terms and Conditions. In such a case, the modified Terms and Conditions would come into effect from the date of change and the Member is implicitly obliged by the new terms and conditions
