Category Details
You can choose from the following categories of Yatra:
Category 1. Complete Yatra
In which the member participates completely for all the days and Railway Tickets are purcahsed by the Trust
Charge: Rs. 9600
Installment Option: Available. Payment can be made in three equal installments of Rs. 3200 in April, May, June 2009 as post dated cheques.
Category 2. Complete Yatra without Train Ticket
In which the member participates for all the days but, makes arrangements by Higher Class in Train or by Air. Trust would not take responsibility to purchase Higher Class Tickets.
Charge: Rs. 8600
Installment Option: Not Available.
Category 3a. Part Yatra - Leg 1 - With Train Ticket
In which the member participates only for the first leg that is Pancha Dvaraka, Pushkar, Kurukshetra. Railway Tickets are purchased by the Trust.
Charge: Rs. 7000
Installment Option: Not Available.
Category 3b. Part Yatra - Leg 1 - Without Train Ticket
Same as above. But Railway tickets are purchased by the Participant. They must assemble in thier place of stay alloted by trust at Dakor Dvaraka by 7 AM on 3-10-2009. They would be relieved at Kurukshetra on 9-10-2009 at 5 PM.
Charge: Rs. 6000
Installment Option: Not Available.
Category 4a. Part Yatra - Leg 2 - With Train Ticket
In which the member participates only for the second leg that is Kurukshetra, Brindavan. Railway Tickets are purchased by the Trust.
Charge: Rs. 7000
Installment Option: Not Available.
Category 4b. Part Yatra - Leg 2 - Without Train Ticket
Same as above. But Railway tickets are purchased by the Participant. They must assemble in their place of stay alloted by Trust at Kurukshetra by 10 AM on 8-10-2009. They would be relieved at Brindavan on 13-10-2009 at 8 PM.
Charge: Rs. 6000
Installment Option: Not Available.
For Cheque Payments, if it is an outstation cheque (which is not at-par cheque), then the cheque amount for each cheque should be Rs 100 more than the charges mentioned above
Rules for Cancellation
1. If cancelled before 15-6-2009 total amount paid would be refunded.
2. Cancellation between 16-6-2009 and 31-8-2009 - amount paid after deducting full fare of Railway Ticket would be refunded.
3. Cancellation between 1-9-2009 and 30-9-2009, 75% of Yatra charges would be refunded.
Instructions to Yatrikas
1. All passengers must carry one Xerox copy of Photo Identity Proof like Voter ID / Driving Licence / PAN Card etc.
2. Travel would be by Sleeper Class in Train and otherwise by Bus.
3. Accomodation would be in rooms and halls as the case may be.
4. Break-fast, lunch and dinner would be provided
5. All those who want to join at Ahmedabad or Kurukshetra directly in categories 2, 3b and 4b must also necessarily fill in this form and give all details of their travel. They must assemble in their place of stay allotted by Trust at Ahmedabad or Dakor Dvaraka by 7 AM on 3-10-2009 or at Kurukshetra by 10 AM on 08-10-2009.
