Cancellation:
1. If cancelled before 15-6-2009 total amount paid would be refunded.
2. Cancellation between 16-6-2009 and 31-8-2009 - amount paid after deducting full fare of Railway Ticket would be refunded.
3. Cancellation between 1-9-2009 and 30-9-2009, 75% of Yatra charges would be refunded.
General:
1. The participants are participating voluntarily in the Yatra and are physically fit to undertake the Yatra.
2. Programmes and timings are subject to change
3. Trust deserves the right to accept or reject any application forwarded by the participant
